台北物理治療請教 - 健身

各位版友大家好
我在網路爬文看到有人曾發問類似問題但仍未得到適合我的答案
主要問題是半年以前有維持大約兩到三年重量訓練習慣
但是大約有一半的時間是忽略掉運動傷害在進行重訓(當時不知道受傷)
之後去了幾家ptt推薦的中醫
目前仍規律地去其中一家但是已經去半年了雖然有改善但是覺得沒有根治問題
而且都要等很久
之前主要是在用拉背機時過重導致現在肩膀抬起(聳肩動作)會有骨骼(喀)的聲音
而位置大概在大、小圓肌的地方
以及練大腿肌的機器踩的太重,髖關節之前很痛而且往某些角度方向移動也會有骨骼
(喀)的聲音
以上情況雖然看目前的中醫透過推拿跟針灸有緩解但時日已經有點久
目前想要盡快回到能維持規律運動的生活來維持身體健康狀態
所以想請各位推薦台北大概以台北車站為中心不會太遠(6站捷運內)的物理治療所

p.s有看到有人推薦周適偉,但增生療法我覺得滿可怕的
另外復健科是否治療期要較物理治療來得久?物理治療是否大多數要自費?
或大家會比較推薦去看什麼科的醫生?
