我是女生,我本身有在上健身房,
但去健身房也只會跑跑步、踩飛輪和踏步機,因為最近看朋友上教練課程之後身材出來的
成效非常好,是我想要的那種,
所以開始考慮要找教練,有詢問過我原本去的健身房的課程價格,但是覺得有點貴,荷包
真心傷不起呀T_T
而且上過一堂體驗課後也貌似覺得還好(?
總之呢,基於各種考量之下我想先在板上徵看看私人教練。
我的預算是一堂課1h-1.5h$1000-1300以內,地點的話盡量選板南線或松山新店線上近捷
運站的健身房,去健身房的費用我可以付,一周的話上固定2堂課,時間約晚上20:30-21
:30或22:00,教練不限男女,但是女生的話最好。另外,我主要是想雕塑腹部、大腿內
側
、馬鞍肉和臀部。
