嗨嗨大家好
第一次在這裡發文
我是女生
想要練成緊實的身材
就是有胸肌有腹肌有ass這樣
但自己盲目的重訓感覺進展很緩慢也不太知道姿勢跟強度到底對不對
所以想要找一個能幫我定計劃的人
男生女生都可以只有能協助我效率的達到目標就好XD
還是大家會建議我去校外有教練的那種健身房比較適合呢?
