我以前用一般槓鈴練蹲舉的時候感覺都很好
最近開始用史密斯做 但是屁股那裏都覺得怪怪的
下背也比較酸
我用槓鈴做的時候都沒這些問題
用史密斯跟用槓鈴做姿勢上有不同嗎?
