重訓時會頭有點痛 - 健身

最近健身的時候不曉得為什麼總是會推舉推到有點頭痛
或者該說是出力很多的時候會有點頭痛 還蠻不舒服的
平常沒重訓就沒事 之前並不會這樣
怎麼辦?
雖然我都是空腹重訓 本來以為是我沒吃飽
但是我一直以來都是這樣
怎麼會這一陣子突然會這樣呢
我好怕喔!!該不會是什麼病吧
