蹲舉動作這樣對嗎? - 健身

從開始練習蹲舉,就一直想把姿勢修正到全蹲的狀態,
由最初的下蹲到大腿與地面平行,到目前可以"與地面平行至全蹲之間",
當然重量減個十公斤或更輕的話,全蹲的姿勢應該能做得更完整。
我自己的感覺是,
下蹲到大腿與地面平行的動作,力量用到臀大肌與股二頭肌較多;
全蹲的話,則是下背與股四頭肌在出力。
另外,膝蓋不超過腳尖真的好難…

若以這兩個動作來說,不曉得出力使用到的肌群正不正確?
還是說我的動作仍然有誤?
