在一年半前開始重訓
半年後有在板上詢問過問題,獲益良多
但也就進步一點,吃又練。每次訓練都覺得自己幹嘛這麼累
麥片、餅乾、飲品跟乳清,完全不忌口就是一直吃

結果體重時不時還會下降個2公斤這種奇怪的數字
其實我本身體質是吃不胖的

從小到大都是竹竿身材
最後定型身高173公分,體重都還在43-46公斤徘徊
可以看到整隻手臂幾乎跟手腕一樣粗,典型的竹竿人

一年前在板上詢問問題的時候,身材也只稍微好了一點,多了一層脂肪跟微微的肌肉而已

如今又過了一年
整整一年三項重量只有稍微增加,臥推50變60極限65做一下剛好推到自己體重
雖然疫情關係沒去健身房測,不知道自己肌肉量體脂

但體態就是離理想還很遙遠
看不到進步真的是最大的阻力
總覺得心態快崩潰了,不知道還能不能再堅持下一個半年、一年
