不知道是不是沒找清楚,沒我要的答案
以下是我喝低指乳清的時機
1.剛重訓完40分鐘內喝乳清<--這應該是肯定的
2.練完隔天早上起床空腹喝乳清好嗎?<--不確定
還有就是只要酸痛還在,不管有沒有練,都再喝乳清<--這樣效果如何?
練之前喝乳清的用意是?
