請問兩個長肌肉的問題 - 健身

小弟最近每天固定重訓45~1小時
每天作大概3個部位,作5组,每組根據各部位的耐力10或15下
前面4組固定都是上述的數量,最後一組會做完固定數量之後
盡量做到沒力(像臥推就是做到差點推不回原位為止)
可是今天我朋友跟我說我這樣效果不會明顯
他說要在我那種狀態之下,再硬作2.3下,比較能把肌纖維扯斷,促進他重長
請問一下真的是這樣嗎?
另外一個問題
我再重訓完之後會馬上跑去吃飯,就一般有主菜的簡餐
我是那種喜歡把主菜留在最後享受的人XD
這樣會不會比先吃掉肉類吸收來得差呢?
