請問大家都在運動完後的隔天,做些什麼樣的休閒呢?
因為教練說最好做一休一讓肌肉可以充分的休息,
可是當沒運動的這一天,有什麼休閒活動呢?
還有阿....我明明才174/63公斤剛量體脂肪怎麼高到24阿!!
嚇死了。
