今天到了健身房做了胸、背、二頭、三頭、腹肌
這些肌群,幾乎每個動作都很有感覺,一做完就是酸
可是才剛練完回來一小時,發現胸部的肌群幾乎沒什麼感覺了
是重量不夠嗎?還是姿勢不對呢?
我每次去健身都增加一點重量,可是為啥會這樣我也搞不懂捏!!
我胸部肌群是做握推跟斜板啞鈴握推這2個。
