我目前的體重維持大概兩週了
一週三、四天運動
基代1200,TDEE 1800 (運動日破2000)
平常約吃1500-1700
早中餐外食,晚上少澱粉自己煮
昨天中午跟家人吃了勝博殿
腰內豬排套餐
套餐沒吃完的肉晚上配半碗飯吃完了
昨天總共吃這樣,但沒有運動
結果今天早上上完廁所體重竟然增加一公斤
(上廁所有大號.....)
今天晚餐也吃很少但肚子跟昨晚一樣凸
昨天那樣吃難道有破我的TDEE嗎?
難道以後都不能吃大餐嗎.....?
我知道體重不能看短期
但我原本的體重已經維持兩週多了
突然往上一公斤還是很在意
抱著會被噓的心情上來發問
請大家給我一些意見
