之前我只有運動沒有飲食控制越運動越胖

內臟脂肪從20-18

大概花一個月的時間
瘦7公斤
而且
7/25-7/26瘦一公斤而且內臟脂肪也瘦
是因為我斷食加上運動
25號我只吃一天晚餐
低碳真的很重要而且不會餓
