昨天晚睡趕報告的結果就是昨天睡比較晚
昨天睡比較晚的結果就是昨天訓練時間延後
昨天訓練延後的結果就是昨天晚餐比較晚吃
加上前天大前天用趕報告為藉口偷懶了兩天
罪惡感深重只好昨天加重訓練量((說是加重也只是加了有氧
然後晚餐就不小心拖到11點才吃
然後秉持著要吃超過基代不然練心酸又不健康所以3點又吃了點東西
這一切造就了現在吃太飽睡不著只好來發一下廢文騙騙P幣
運動為了健康卻因此日夜顛倒好像有點本末倒置 嘖
可以順便問一下d貓大嗎?
核心訓練通常建議在最後訓練 所以硬舉也建議在最後訓練嗎?
感覺是個滿容易受傷的動作 尤其練完上背大肌群已經有點軟了
放最後不知是否妥當? 喔我在硬舉前還做了二頭彎舉

話說今天下背練完還硬加強有氧強度感覺有點兒受傷了 囧
