吃差不多的東西但體重變得不好維持 - 減肥

體脂率:沒有量過(但2019年底開始減肥的時候使用學校的體脂計是30% 當時65公斤)
沒有任何會影響到體重的疾病~
如題,目前是應屆畢業生準備考試中,在六月的時候體重大約是53左右
飲食上習慣一天兩餐
早餐:通常是漢堡或是蛋餅 配一杯飲料
晚餐:一個便當(三菜一肉和正常飯量)
從六月到現在飲食大概都是如此
除了假日會稍微吃的比較不同
但熱量上我認為整體是沒什麼變化
(因為到11月為止體重都沒什麼太大起伏)
運動的話偶爾會出去散步,除此之外就幾乎都在家唸書。
但最近發現一樣的飲食似乎沒辦法再維持差不多的體重,就是有慢慢微幅上升的感覺。
是因為這幾個月都待在家,久了身體適應了所以代謝變得更低了嗎
(變成只要稍微吃多一點點就是會上升)
但好像一直為了維持體重而越吃越少也不太好,故來問大家如標題的問題
有可能吃差不多的東西但體重會因為沒有太多運動就慢慢上升嗎?
還是是因為一日兩餐吃太少,所以隨便再增加飲食都會有明顯增加體重的感覺?
