斷斷續續一直有在運動,現在訴求主要是減肥附加是身體健康些,
目前是每天看YouTuber Anna做HIIT,目前狀況是做的比較慢沒辦法完全跟上,但儘量每組都做完整跟上

1. 依照Anna的運動強度我可以每天做嗎?
2. 我目前每天做Anna很累但有完成,但是怎麼知道自己的動作標準嗎?目前都是在家自己訓練。
3. 有嘗試加上重訓,但因為在家只有分別為一公斤跟7.5公斤的啞鈴各兩個,目前做紅酒杯深蹲10*10(負重7.5kg),弓箭步10*4或5(負重15kg),弓箭步這做到後面腳都有點抖抖的,目前添購了彈力帶,但好像買的磅數不夠,沒有很明顯的感覺,居家重訓每次兩天這樣的強度可以嗎?
4. 目前飲食為中餐有碳水有蔬菜有時加無糖優格(碳水有時吃好的碳水如玉米一根,有時是壞碳水如麵包),晚餐就純吃蔬菜加蛋,這樣算均衡嗎?還是算節食?(我怕過度節食以後正常吃會復胖)

5. 林芊羽的瘦大腿需要每天做嗎?還有可以空腹做嗎?還是減脂後自然大腿會瘦些,不如專注做臀部塑形?
