HI~版上的朋友們
從我開始努力運動已經有三年了(每個禮拜跑步或游泳)
離我理想的體重還有一些些距離(現在還在努力中)
有一個問題常常困擾著我
就是當我努力的少吃多運動的時候
會有一段過渡期(肚子餓的時間變短了)
我都會忍到正餐的時候才吃
過了那段時間會發現自己的食量變小了
正覺得自己正往目標前進的時候
同學約吃飯、公司聚餐
這時問題來了
有時候可能去點個小火鍋
發現以前吃完剛好飽的量現在變的很撐!!
一般來說吃到八分飽是最剛好的
但.....我本人的觀念覺得食物不要浪費
都會把它吃完
然後就很撐、有種努力白費及罪惡的感覺
隔天可能就動的更多去消耗昨天多吃的那些
這是個無限循環....我跳不出來
我無法忍受浪費食物
想請教各位版友們
我應該要怎麼想比較好?
我覺得這是觀念問題
你們可以給我些意見嗎.....
