早餐:通常沒吃
午餐:水泡麥片 大概七匙
晚餐:媽媽煮的菜 主要吃青菜 少量肉和一碗湯
日常作息時間:半夜兩三點才會睡 早上十點起床
生活型態:晚睡晚起
減肥方式:每天都會打一到兩小時的籃球 這是好久年的習慣
但入秋之後比較早入夜 因此打算每天跑跑步機一小時+游泳一小時代替
問題陳述:因為胖了兩公斤 想要減掉 目標是減個2-5公斤 體脂率降到18
但現在的問題是 每次吃麥片 下午四點多就會餓到發抖
有時候抖到無法忍受就開始狂找東西吃 反而超過標準
想請問的是 如果中餐吃麵或便當 晚上吃麥片 效果會比較好嗎?
