最近開始上了蔬菜健身房的教練課
對於上課內容其實沒有什麼太大的問題
反正自己覺得有異的地方會停住馬上提問 保持自己不受傷
但是對於吃的方面自己卻一直不太能理解
教練跟我說 以我的體重75KG 骨骼肌重35.3 體脂肪18%左右
對於蛋白的攝取太少
所以建議我一天應該吃五顆蛋! 但是蛋黃可以不吃
對於這個建議我一直覺得有點疑惑
因為平常不太吃這麼多蛋的我很怕身體壞掉
所以上來問各位巨巨們這個問題
雖然我的目的是想要增肌減脂 但是這樣吃讓我有點害怕
請各位巨巨可以分享怎麼吃會比較好呢
