如題
我在做深蹲時脊椎都是前傾的狀態
想要試著拉到中立的狀態就會往後跌倒
可是這個情況若是稍微墊腳尖或是在腳跟墊一小塊東西就可以解決
請問我這樣是柔軟度不佳嗎?
如果不是該怎麼解決這個問題呢?
