如何切換cutting還有bulking 兩個cycle - 健身

請問大家是在什麼樣時機點下切換這兩個cycle
因為本身已經過一個月cutting(每天熱量赤字大約800大卡)
體重也順利降了2kg
最近覺得相同條件下,硬舉5rm的重量有下降趨勢
所以在考慮不要切換到bulking
不知道這是否為妥當的時機
還是其實體脂肪15%以上沒資格談bulking(誤) XDDDDD
其實還有個小小小疑問啦
如果目標是cutting,有人2天cutting 1天bulking 這樣玩的嗎
(天天都做訓練)
