8/16(二) 早:統一無糖高纖豆漿+香蕉+茶葉蛋
中:八方雲集招牌水餃5顆+田園蔬菜水餃5顆
晚:大芭樂+奇異果
ps.口渴就灌水&爽健美茶
8/17(三) 早:統一無糖高纖豆漿+7-11三角御飯糰
中:關東煮黑輪+茶葉蛋
晚:蘋果+大芭樂+奇異果
ps.口渴就灌水&爽健美茶
8/18(四) 早:桂格100%薏仁飲280ml+7-11三角御飯糰
中:7-11三角御飯糰+茶葉蛋
晚:自做水煮蛋+奇異果+葡萄大概20顆
ps.口渴就灌水&爽健美茶
我都吃這麼少&這麼健康了
為什麼還是不能瘦阿?
