最近幾天吃的東西..(沒特別註明的份量都是一份)

8/16(二) 早:統一無糖高纖豆漿+香蕉+茶葉蛋
中:八方雲集招牌水餃5顆+田園蔬菜水餃5顆
晚:大芭樂+奇異果
ps.口渴就灌水&爽健美茶

8/17(三) 早:統一無糖高纖豆漿+7-11三角御飯糰
中:關東煮黑輪+茶葉蛋
晚:蘋果+大芭樂+奇異果
ps.口渴就灌水&爽健美茶

8/18(四) 早:桂格100%薏仁飲280ml+7-11三角御飯糰
中:7-11三角御飯糰+茶葉蛋
晚:自做水煮蛋+奇異果+葡萄大概20顆
ps.口渴就灌水&爽健美茶

我都吃這麼少&這麼健康了
為什麼還是不能瘦阿?

昨天 很貪心的採用版娘給別人的建議運動菜單 一天兩階段的運動時間 所以 昨天早上花了一個多小時 做了鄭多燕的 全身有氧+紅衣服 兩片 這時還沒啥感覺 還很開心的想說體力ok的啦! 下午還花了一個小時去操場跑+走了20圈*200 不過可以拍拍手的是 我終於可以放很慢的腳步 慢慢跑持續三圈了 喔耶 雖然有同 ...

有氧做差不多1年半,從去年2月(173cm.78kg)到現在(63kg.13%)成效算相當滿意 跑久了目標也慢慢進化成提速和耐久,不過最近卻發現一個問題 目前我的速度差不多是10km/hr,差不多從3km開始就會變成2步換1次氣(呼呼吸吸) 這樣的速度可以平穩維持到10km結束,如果再加快一些後面幾圈會 ...
