常看到有人提倡
吃飯速度放慢
多嚼幾下再吞
可以增加飽足感
又可以對胃好一點
最近開始實驗了一個禮拜
發現真的很有用
以前吃飯速度真的蠻快的
導致吃完都還是感覺餓
想多吃
但現在都盡量放慢速度
先喝湯
吃菜
最後再吃肉跟白飯
然後一口嚼個30下再吞下去
我發現同樣份量的餐點
真的會比較有飽足感!!!
提供給老是覺得吃不飽的朋友XD
過年大魚大肉大餐即將來臨
記得慢慢吃慢慢嚼
才不會傷到身體喔!!!
