吃飯速度要怎麼改善 - 健身

如題
小弟是一個吃飯超級快的人
之前在網路上有看過 且常常聽親友在講
吃太快很容易變胖
小弟目前在減脂的階段
覺得飲食習慣調整的差不多了
在學校的作息
早餐+午餐 全家地瓜 茶葉蛋*2 光泉豆漿
晚餐 不吃 或 雞胸肉配水煮青菜 菇類等 水果
如果有聚餐或是回家裡吃飯 正常吃
就是以不炸 不糖 晚餐不澱粉為準
但我不管吃什麼都很快 覺得這是一個壞習慣
想問板友們有什麼改善的方法嗎 萬分感謝
