吃飽後運動 - 健身

開始運動約一個月了,
以往都是下班前吃點小東西後直接去運動,
運動完再大吃,真的超滿足的!!!
(吃到8分飽,只不吃炸物)
昨天休假去吃火鍋吃到飽,休息一個多小時後再去運動,
運動的爽度也是超高,
以往踩腳踏車約15分鐘就會感到不耐煩了..
吃飽運動,狠踩個二十多分鐘還是超拼命的~
心跳一直維持在150~160四十分鐘也不覺得會要老命。
觀念不正確了話還請小小小鞭就好XDD
