吃飽後過了半小時以上運動 - 美體

現在有上健身房運動
大概就是挑晚餐後半小時以後再去
(本想運動後再吃 但怕血糖不足....)
可是最近還是常常做完器材後有股 晚餐衝回食道的感覺
請問這樣對身體好嗎?
因為我也只有晚上能運動~ 想請問大家這樣的話該怎麼做比較好?
