如題 之前看過一本減肥書叫”瘦身女王”
在書裡她提到 她基本上一天不會吃超過六百卡
還有她每天都會做有氧運動一到兩小時
兩個月後 她從72kg瘦到52kg
身材曲線變的相當好看 甚至不像多於52kg
所以我想問 這種方法真的能有效減肥嗎
因為這種快速瘦身通常都是激烈節食
但身材會比實際體重肥一點這樣
還是其實我被這本書騙了呢 想不透真的
