吃飽還是休息一下再練 - 健身

今天早上吃鐵板麵和一杯紅茶,大概休息個十分鐘,然後騎腳踏車騎個十分鐘,覺得差
不多,簡單伸展一下,就開始做硬舉,深蹲。
可能昨天逛街走的有點久,今天腿軟軟的,做沒幾下就快力竭,組間也休息較久,加上
我算是血壓偏低,之前做深蹲,到極限時都會覺得頭暈,但休息一下就好了,不過今天特
別累,就在我做完,打算休息片刻,此時頭一陣暈眩,手指末端覺得好麻,有點想吐又吐
不出來的感覺湧上,我直奔廁所,蹲在馬桶旁還是吐不出來。
蹲一陣子,想說還是回家好了,站起來瞬間,我頭超級無敵的暈眩,不誇張,已經真的
快暈過去,好在!由於我太急,進廁所沒鎖門,一個人剛好進來打開,門又撞到我一下,
此時我才意會過來,剛剛真的差點暈過去,我硬撐的走到外頭的座椅上,找個鏡子發現,
我臉色發白,毫無氣血。
做了好一陣子,感覺手比較不麻,有好一些了,東西收一收準備回家,一進電梯,感覺
又來了,超級想吐的,還不到一樓,就先按了中間樓層,門一開直奔廁所,果不其然全是
早餐的鐵板麵,這下真的完全解除了不適。
這大概是我人生中,除了當兵時有次重感冒硬去練間歇,最痛苦的一次,下次真的不要
吃太飽,或是吃點好消化,然後確定消化再練,尤其是練下肢,容易上下起伏的動作,今
天真的嚇到了。
