當初大家為什麼會踏入健身房的人?
我猜有些人可能就是單純想把自己變壯,減肥,運動做健康
甚至是把妹,把帥哥
而我的原因很可笑 就是整個莫名其妙
回到5月中的時候
我跟朋友下班
朋友說句陪我去健身房
這間建身房全台很有規模 分店很多
離我和朋友家更是只要過條馬路就到了
樓下還開了麥當勞和一整條街路邊攤美食
我就陪朋友去 然後以陪著朋友運動的心態就進去了
辦了會籍 甚至買了教練課(因為完全不懂)
此後 放假和下班的晚上都在健身房渡過
從一開始體重65KG 〉59KG
體脂肪重13.3 >7.8KG
體脂率20.4% >13%
但是骨骼肌重跌跌升升 幾乎都停在29KG而已
最後朋友就像蒸發一樣 消失在健身房
變成當初只是要陪練的 變成現在繼續堅持練下去的只剩我了 哭哭...
------------ 再來是題外話了-----------
健身本身的行為很健康 也很愉快
每天一步一步的把自己變壯 練出自己想要的身材
很有成就感
但是因為我本身就不是"主動"想健身 想變壯 想減肥才踏進去的
所以我覺得繼續練下去 依然得不到我真正想要的東西
覺得很傷心......
雖然傷心在靈魂 但肉體依然強壯 我還是會繼續練下去的
