所以身體檢查是沒有腎臟疾病的話,1.2克以上/每公斤
不要太誇張應該都對腎臟沒有負擔...
但我自己做起來的感覺,一般人的外食水準,
從原本的外食亂吃,到盡量把一些內容換成肉蛋奶;
又吃到TDEE以下製造熱量赤字...
真的吃到1.5克/每公斤就已經很極限了,有些增肌指南推薦吃到2以上的...
我只能想到更完整的自煮菜單、喝蛋白粉或是不能熱量赤字。
其實想一想蠻恐怖的,早餐隨便吃、中餐滷肉飯、晚餐牛肉麵
都是嚴重蛋白質不達標,這樣的吃法竟然也是吃了二三十年。
