有人建議我去吊在單槓上面
撐多久是多久
日子長了就會變強
但最近去練習
幾乎都撐不到十秒
更遑論撐一分鐘 五分鐘
該怎樣變強
每天去吊嗎
就這樣呆呆的拉著掛在單槓上?
吊了十幾次,每次5-6秒
雙手超痠手掌超痛
結果一滴汗沒出
這真的有效?
