168斷早餐還是晚餐比較有效率? - 健身

最近因為減脂卡關了開始執行168,剛開
始都是早上7點吃完早餐,中午12點吃完
午餐,到下午3點後就不吃,晚餐當然也
就跟著沒吃了,但從晚上8點之後飢餓感
就很強烈,一直撐到隔天早上這樣,想說
要不要改成早餐不吃,吃午餐跟晚餐就好
那板友執行168減脂,經驗上是斷早餐還
是斷晚餐效率比較好呢?
