+其他雜七雜八的蔬菜跟豆製品 200g + 600CC 每朝綠茶
+水 200 CC (配B群 + C群)
晚餐: 統一濃茶,烏龍茶600CC
其他: 水約800CC + 五味子芝麻錠4錠 + 極品靈芝王4錠 + 綠寶綠藻片20顆
日常作息時間:6:00 ~ 24:00
生活型態:上班族 (體力工作者) 每日走路約大於一萬步 站立約6HR

我的問題:我知道我的BMI 符合標準,但身處在女性工作環境居多的地方,
被週遭女同事嫌胖,連女主管都叫我減肥,如今如此飲食約快2星期
骨架大實在不知該如何有效瘦到令她們滿意
