小肥弟目前國軍新訓ONLINE中,想趁這個機會好好減肥
進去前是183/94KG
雖然操練強度不高
但天氣超級炎熱,活動量也很高
一天最少喝了近7000CC的水
剛進去的時候還很不適應,吃的東西非常少
但吃得少就算了,連大號都沒得拉
前三天甚至根本沒有大號
後來慢慢吃比較多一些,就開始有大號
但非常少
前一天晚上可能吃了兩碗白飯,出來卻只有一點點,真的只有一點點= =
我察覺異狀到之後開始都只吃青菜水果,澱粉油類都不碰
情況還是沒有變好
兩個禮拜下來不減反增,變成95= =
有一種今天消耗多少就吸收多少的感覺
也不是便祕,因為如果前一天吃多一點,隔天會出來比較多
也算很順暢
天啊我該怎麼辦
真的是有氣到一度想絕食
