自己的文自己回,最近在逛對岸知乎論壇,有點類似我們以前的奇摩知識+
意外看到呂小軍在上面回了文章,非常驚喜,感覺像在健身版釣出郭婞純回文一樣

大意上就跟大家的回文差不多,停練了一年,肉量掉了六公斤,這一個月才開始恢復訓練
這篇回文可以看到精英運動員的訓練方式,就算是呂小軍一天兩練,通常是主項加輔項,
訓練容量也不會太大,組數不會抓太多,該休息就休息,我覺得可以給大家參考看看
以我現在來說一週六練,推拉腿去進行的話,一天的總組數通常抓在22組內,大概就是五
個動作各四組就差不多了,再上去就有感恢復不過來,訓練品質下降,影響隔天訓練
