哪一種慢跑方式比較不傷膝蓋? - 減肥

家裡有一台跑步機 但是屬於比較小台的那種
因為膝蓋曾經受傷的關係
所以我都是用快走的方式來運動
快走時 我會調整成最大坡度 就有點爬坡的感覺
心跳大概是維持在 130左右
一個禮拜會運動三四次
但最近 覺得走的有點無趣 於是稍微小跑步看看
才跑一兩分鐘而已 瞬間飆汗.....心跳也狂跳不停
這才驚覺我之前的運動實在是太溫和了....難怪減肥效果不好
我想請問的是 調整成有坡度 慢慢跑 (時速大約5公里)
和改成沒有坡度 但跑快一點(時速大約7公里)
哪一種方式較不傷膝蓋?
我知道這速度對很多人來說 是很慢
但我真的很怕膝蓋再次受傷
現在也不敢跑太久 慢跑和快走交替
希望能趕緊在拍婚紗前瘦下來(只剩一個月的時間 能瘦多少是多少)
