家裡的TANITA體脂計還蠻貴的
(當然貴也不一定好啦,只是說一直使用都沒什麼問題)
昨天女性好友來,她順便量了一下體脂。
她實際年齡27歲,163㎝、48㎏,BMI為18,目測的體型也偏瘦,屬於俏麗型的正姐。
因為是下午量的,測量前三四小時並沒有進食。
不過我看到她的體脂肪竟然高達30%……
我吃了一驚,跟她說
「哦哦妳這個……脂肪怎麼有點高,記得做做有氧運動。不過坦白說還真看不出來」
她回答「大概都長在小腹上,呵呵」
納悶懷疑著,翻到內臟脂肪指數看一下,我靠,只有1而已……哪有什麼小腹,
但這樣就怪了,因為外觀還真的看不出來她的30%到底長在哪裡,女性最大的脂肪儲
存處──也就是前突後翹,都實在是不太明顯。
想說體脂率跟外觀差這麼多,那我就當做體脂計不準好了。說不定是天氣不好啦、沒洗手
啦、或者是她根本就剛剛才吃飽喝足卻故意說沒吃啦當然都有可能,也不用在意。
但是翻到最後一個指數發現……
體脂計推算出來的總結,她的身體年齡也只有21歲,遠比實際年齡小。也剛好符合
她的外貌與身材。
正想要抱怨體脂計不準,但又好像很準。
我自己也馬上就站上去量,結果指數很正常啊,就跟我平常量的時候差不多。
只不過,以前我看過體脂破30%的女性,身體年齡推算後都是破表到3x歲甚至4x歲的。
體適能標準裡,女性30%怎麼樣都絕對是歸類在過胖的,應該需要開始有氧運動才對。
我想詢問板友的是,假設我家體脂計真的沒有壞,女性實際上真的會有這樣子體脂
高達30%、但其實卻不需要減肥、而只需要繼續保持下去就好的身材嗎?因為她量完
後問我健康的建議,這回真的問倒我了,不知道要建議她開始333加簡單重訓,還是
說只要照平常一樣保持就好了。
請大家給她一點意見,謝謝大家。
