早餐:自製無糖豆漿+自製無糖饅頭
午餐:2/3碗飯+過水青菜+少量的肉
晚餐:青菜+自製無糖豆漿+玉米片

日常作息時間:睡眠時間:23:00~06:30
工作時間:08:00~17:30
