小弟加入慢跑領域差不多3個月了
起初是為了減脂而開始慢跑
最近有個問題想了解
1. 跑1休2 一次跑15公里
2. 每天跑 一次跑5公里
這樣月跑量差不多
想問一下哪種跑法對減脂比較有效呢?
解釋一下為何有上述兩項跑法
我剛開始跑的時候 沒法跑太長 差不多一次跑5公里就停了 但好處是肌肉不太會痠痛 可
以每天跑
現在跑三個月後 已經可以拉到一次跑15公里 但壞處是跑完會很痠痛 隔天無法繼續運動
變成要休息2天左右
可以問一下大家 哪種跑法對減脂比較有效率呢?
是少次長距離 還是多次短距離比較有效呢
