我先講一下原PO那篇的推文...
那些講一個月1k不多的,是不是都住家裡也沒小孩也不
用繳車貸房貸阿(含頭期款自己付)?等你是一樣的條件下
再來講1個月1k不多,像我全符合以上條件(我老婆還沒
上班在家顧小孩),你要我1個月多花那1k即使我很想也
花不下去甚至連買個1kg乳清都考慮很久(更不用說我老
婆不會同意),多花那1k我更願意去投資我小孩(才藝課
很花錢的),自己就買些簡單器材在家練練和公司簡陋
健身房或公園加減練就好。
以下談正題...
沒有健身房有沒有健身房的練法,初學者可從基礎版的HIIT(自
行估狗)練起,僅需瑜珈墊或巧拼也可買彈力帶、滾輪或門上槓搭配練,
等身體練到具備有一些程度的肌力、肌耐力、心肺能力及養成
運動習慣後,再行考慮買啞鈴或重訓椅等較貴器材。
至於,需練多久才具備有一定肌力肌耐力,當然因人而異,我建
議至少維持半年以上的徒手訓練(每周至少三天),因為徒手HIIT
在家隨時都可練,逮到空檔練個15~30mins也好(這樣也算當天有練)。
像我徒手三年半後才開始接觸健身房(公司健身房),已具備一定肌力
肌耐力,重量會進步比較快,例如:啞鈴臥推(50lbs/單手)兩個月
達標...等等。
家裡有小小孩真的很累(我自己有2y+4y兩寶),下班後的休息時間都很少
更不用說要擠時間出來健身,尤其我老婆自己在家帶1打2(負能量累積的
頗驚人),回家就等著被老婆放負能量大絕...
所以健身運動就是我釋放壓力的時候,絕不能放棄,共勉之~
