很久沒有跑步了 體重也變重了
想要再次跑起來 但擔心會傷膝蓋
因為理論上 腿部肌肉變弱了 上半身卻變重了
那麼跑起來應該會很傷膝蓋吧
所以是否先用其他方法運動減重
等到體重減到一定階段再跑步
這樣的想法對嗎?
