早晨禁食高血糖 105 - 健身

如題
通常晚餐七點半左右吃
早上到八點左右量血糖
總是在一百上下 經常出現10x的數字
按定義已經是 pre-diabete
但是飯後兩小時大多正常 大部分11x
除非偶爾吃太飽 會到130~140
hb1ac也都正常 5.2
家族有糖尿病史
所以自己一直很注意血糖情況
平常每週運動五天以上 重訓跑步混合
171cm/65kg 體脂 13左右
google過 血糖有所謂dawn phenomenon
空腹太久 半夜血糖太低
之後身體調節 反而清晨沖高
所以也試過睡前吃點起司 試試
結果還是沒改善
所謂正常人空腹 100以內
是適用所有人嗎?
還是會有某些人群會偏離這範圍?
我可以做什麼改善 或是不用理它?
