請問關於胖子增加體能的方法 - 健身

目前30歲
身高174
體重90
婚前一直都有固定每週上兩次健身房(無氧運動為主)
婚後這三年完全怠惰,體重直線突破天際
體能也降到比地平線還要更低
目前新的一份工作是補習班老師,課堂數多,感覺體能嚴重不足
本來想定期上健身房,重拾當年的運動習慣
無奈小孩才兩歲,定期支出負擔過大,被老婆否決
寧願花一次的錢買道具在家訓練(也是盡量挑便宜)
目前比起減重,訓練體能是我最優先考量的項目
參考版上前輩們的文章
我的想法是先從養成習慣開始
例如每天到附近繞公園走1個小時
再慢慢進化快走、慢跑等
至於無氧運動的部份,我想花點錢買幾樣訓練道具在家訓練
只是不知道該怎麼買,買哪些好?
想請問各位版上的前輩們,以訓練體能來說,這樣是OK的嗎?
如果有推薦無氧運動的訓練道具,也請推薦我,謝謝
