最近去健身房運動(女生)
想要讓肚子緊一點
所以都會做仰臥起坐
我想請問
運動的時候已經很痠了還要繼續做嗎?
每次做完隔天肚子超痠痛...
一次大概做三十下
有人跟我說很酸的話就要ㄍㄧㄣ下去
可是真的很痠...
繼續ㄍㄧㄣ不會受傷嗎???????
做完仰臥起坐有什麼方法
可以讓肚子不要那麼酸嗎@@?
