日常作息時間:11點睡、6-7點起

生活型態:醫療人員,需大量體力搬動病人
運動習慣:慢跑+快走4公里 心跳130有達到 (每週一三五)
仰臥起坐90下(每天)
10公里內範圍 騎腳踏車去郵局或銀行(2-3次/週)
能爬樓梯就不搭電梯
我的問題:
1. 運動開始到現在快2星期,有瘦半公斤左右,腳變得越來越結實...
原本50下的仰臥起坐都很吃力,現在90下不會流汗(中間會有休息1分鐘左右,
全程約4分鐘)這應該算好的開始吧?
2. 跑步的時候,反而喘不是問題,而是大腿會很快就痠了,大概就是500公尺跑、
100公尺走,持續2公里,跑到小7剛好買早餐,回程就用快走,因為拿著早餐跑步
很丟臉。所以,腳痠的問題很難克服,可是痠痛只是當下,並不會持續到晚上或隔天。
