[問題]硬舉墊高的方法 - 健身

因為我的腿後側很緊
所以硬舉的時候要把槓片墊高
才能把下背壓平
我在上教練課的體能訓練中心
因為槓片直徑比較大
而且有軟墊
所以可以墊高沒問題
但我自主訓練是在WG
(WG就在我家樓下 30秒就到了)
我目前最多舉40KG (女)
一邊放10kg的槓片
但WG的槓片直徑比較小
我又找不到適合墊高的工具
大槓片對我來說太重了 搬不動......
想請問有沒有人有同樣問題是如何解決的?
我在WG有看到這個東西
