每天都吃自助餐已經快要吃到膩了
現在連正餐都覺得不知道要吃什麼
應該要吃飯加蔬果青菜
吃飽了可是一點也不滿足
腦袋會一直想著食物
反倒吃了自己想吃的東西
也不用太多就會很覺得很開心
都是麵包紅豆餅三明治之類非正餐的東西
但是我的經驗是這樣就瘦不來...
熱量容易報表~~大概內容物也會讓體脂不亦下降
(每天運動也一樣= =)
如何在該吃與想吃間取得平衡
有什麼好方法媽??
