各位應該有聽過握把加粗那種套子吧?

原本以為這種輔具
應該就是以加粗握把來提升抓握難度進而訓練前臂
適合用於拉類的動作或是二頭彎舉等等
但前幾天剛好看到Jay Cutler很久以前用這東西練胸的感想
