從原PO的敘述來看
六、七月開始練,沒多久就可以左右各推25kg
其實進步的蠻快的(現在也才十月)
但問題就是原PO進展太快了!!
所以力量的增加主要是靠神經徵召能力的進步
只有小部分是肌肉的成長
肌腱也還沒來得及適應這樣的強度
再加上推文說的各種原因........
肌腱就掛了
其實健身是長久的事情
真的急不得
尤其是剛練的新手
或者久沒練的老手
都蠻容易高估自己的能力
略過解剖適應期
導致受傷風險大增
結果就是要砍掉重練
