啞鈴桿乘重 - 健身

開始轟菌剛滿三個月 用的是30KG (單邊各15) 的啞鈴 + 臥推椅
最近開始覺得15KG對臥推來說已經不夠用 因此想增加重量
原看上的是迪卡儂 50KG KIT組
但看版上討論 新款是平桿 使用快扣做啞鈴垂直的動作會有風險
且鐵片換重量時多少會有一點噪音 所以最後決定的買包膠槓片
原本打算單邊各買到30KG 但後來發現迪卡儂35CM桿的最大乘重是20KG
想請教 如果35CM的啞鈴桿加超過20KG 或再上去 會有危險嗎?
或者有其它啞鈴 或桿 可以單手乘載到30KG左右 能推薦呢?
希望是以組合式為主 快調對我來說太貴了QQ
